The listing covers contracts that were ongoing or were entered into during the 12 months prior to 30 June 2026.
Some listed contracts contain confidentiality provisions that are designed to protect the confidential information obtained or generated in carrying out the contract. The listing identifies whether confidentiality provisions apply and records the reasons for those provisions.
As the AOFM's Accountable Authority, I assure that the listed contracts do not contain any inappropriate confidentiality provisions.
